Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? MK Conferencing is looking to recruit a Conferencing Assistant to help with the full life cycle of events from initial enquiry, producing quotes, setting up events, packing them down and then obtaining feedback from the clients. This is a permanent role and will involve working a variety of shift patterns Monday to Friday and Saturday.
The Conferencing Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in the delivery of events and conferences, leadership of casual staff in the absence of the conferencing Manager, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and suggesting service delivery improvements based on customer feedback and personal observations. £16,500 - £18,500 per annum plus bonus
